Who We are?

The Northeast Metro Perkins Consortium includes Century College, 16 school districts, and 21 high schools. Its secondary and postsecondary leadership teams support CTE students and educators by providing resources and partnerships with schools, colleges, businesses, and communities. These efforts help students build technical skills and transition into high-wage, in-demand careers.

Success Stories

Communication skills will be at the forefront of what I teach this year. I plan to share what I've learned and emphasize the skills these employers talked about. Eye contact, showing kindness, holding yourself accountable, problem-solving are all skills these employers talked about that can directly relate to the classroom. I plan to share that with my students and practice those skills in the classroom.
